Throughout the course I recommended various micronutrients and botanicals that have been shown to improve cardiovascular health. But as we discussed, not all supplements are created equal. With each product there are important things to consider, such as the form the nutrient is in, how it is manufactured and processed and how it is absorbed in the digestive tract.
It took me a long time to find products that met all of my criteria – and I do this for a living! So I thought it might be helpful if I put together packs of supplements for the four treatment protocol levels. These are the same products I use with my patients in my clinic. This way you can be sure that you’re getting exactly the right nutrients in the right forms.
Remember, each treatment protocol level also includes the supplements from the prior level. For example, if you’re in Level 3 you need the Essentials Pack (Level 1), the Lipoprotein Support pack (Level 2) and the Anti-inflammatory pack (Level 3).
