Audio Programs
- 3-6 Breathing: This simple breathing technique is a great choice for those that are completely new to meditation and stress management, as well as for those situations where you feel extremely anxious, tense, or activated.
- Guided Sitting Meditation: This audio will guide you through a basic mindfulness sitting meditation practice. This is the core meditation technique that I recommend as a daily sitting practice.
- Twist of the Wrist Mini-Move: This simple, yet powerful technique was created by Michael Krugman, a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and expert in sleep and relaxation. - Working With Difficulties and Pain: This guided meditation is appropriate for those working with difficult emotions or situations and physical pain. It will help you to cultivate a greater sense of peace and acceptance in challenging circumstances.
- Progressive Relaxation with Elanne Kresser: This guided audio program was created by my lovely and talented wife, Elanne Kresser. She’s a certified Feldenkrais practitioner with many years of experience helping people to improve performance, relieve pain, and experience more joy and connection in their lives. This technique leads to a deep and healing state of relaxation.
