2-Week Meal Plan
We’ve created a two-week meal plan with delicious recipes to make sure you’re not only eating the right foods, but you’re eating them in style! The PDF has active links, so just click on the recipes in the meal plan grid and you’ll be taken to a website with the recipe, pictures and step-by-step instructions.
When a food item is listed without a link, it’s usually something simple that you can figure out on your own: steamed kale, scrambled eggs, etc. When in doubt, there’s always Google!
