Use these materials when preparing for your 30-Day Reset, or if you’ve already started the Reset but need additional help. There are helpful guides and cheatsheets that can be printed out and used for quick reference in the kitchen and grocery store.
Step 2
These materials will help you through the Reintroduction period, where you’ll be adding foods back in following the 30-Day Reset. These materials will become available 31 days after you sign up for the Personal Paleo Launchpad, since you won’t need to use them until after the Reset is over.
Step 3
After you’ve completed the Reset and Reintroduction protocols, these resources will help you maintain your new diet and lifestyle in a sustainable way. These materials will be available after 45 days, as they’ll be most useful once you’ve finished your Reintroduction.
